Modification, cancellation, or lateness to your appointment policy<\/h1>\n

Lately, in many activity sectors, last-minute cancellations, no-shows, and lateness are getting more frequent. With the utmost respect for our clientele, we put a new policy in place to ensure harmony\ud83d\ude0a.<\/p>\n

Our commitment<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

  1. The requested compensatory fees are reasonable.<\/li>\n
  2. You will be advised of those fees when booking your first appointment.<\/li>\n
  3. We have posted reminders in our reception areas.<\/li>\n
  4. You will receive a confirmation text 48 hours before your appointment.<\/li>\n
  5. You can modify or cancel your appointment within the time limits by email (info@esthetiquenovani.com<\/a>), by phone call, or by text (514-585-0376<\/a>) 24 hours a day.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Your responsibility<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

      \n
    1. Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the appointment if you cannot make it.<\/li>\n
    2. Modifications must be made at least 48 hours before the appointment if you have an impediment.<\/li>\n
    3. Being punctual for your appointment is crucial. Less than 15 minutes late: we might have to shorten your treatment. More than 15 minutes late: we might have to cancel your appointment.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

       <\/p>\n

      In case of non-compliance with the policy<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

      There will be a $30 fee for esthetic treatments or a $50 fee for technological services (laser, IPL, OxyGeneo, TriPollar, TriLipo).
      The fees will be payable at your next appointment.
      In case of unforeseen events or emergencies, the policy may not be applicable at our
